Omelet
It's important to get a good serving of protein each morning. Try this omelet for a great breakfast, rich in both protein and fiber.

Directions:
- Crack open two eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them with a fork.
- Pour the eggs into a frying pan on medium heat.
- Leave the eggs alone until the top is barely runny.
- Now sprinkle the top with some chilli powder (or any other spice).
- Add a couple handfuls of any shredded cheese to the top (Swiss goes well with it).
- Lay some spinach on only one side of the omelet.
- Fold the omelet over on top of the side with the spinach.
- Press down on the top of the folded omelet with a spatula.
- Lay a tortilla out on a plate.
- Place the omelet on one side of the tortilla and fold the other side over.
