Omelet

It's important to get a good serving of protein each morning. Try this omelet for a great breakfast, rich in both protein and fiber.

Directions:

  1. Crack open two eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them with a fork.
  2. Pour the eggs into a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Leave the eggs alone until the top is barely runny.
  4. Now sprinkle the top with some chilli powder (or any other spice).
  5. Add a couple handfuls of any shredded cheese to the top (Swiss goes well with it).
  6. Lay some spinach on only one side of the omelet.
  7. Fold the omelet over on top of the side with the spinach.
  8. Press down on the top of the folded omelet with a spatula.
  9. Lay a tortilla out on a plate.
  10. Place the omelet on one side of the tortilla and fold the other side over.
