Delicous, easy, and healthy. These pancakes are an ideal breakfast. This is an easy recipe to start your day with protein and carbohydrates. Buy frozen whole wheat microwavable pancakes at your supermarket.

Directions:

  1. Microwave 3 frozen pancakes as directed on the package.
  2. Clean and slice 3-5 strawberries.
  3. Remove the cooked pancakes from the microwave.
  4. Spread a layer of peanut butter on each pancake.
  5. stack the pancakes ontop of eachother.
  6. Place the strawberries ontop of and around the stack.
  7. Lightly drizzle honey over the top.
